Philippe Karrer Studio was commissioned together with french graphic designer Pierre Girardin to design this catalogue accompanying two exhibitions: ‘Sculpted Sounds – Stringed Instruments from India’ at Museum Rietberg Zurich and ‘Cadence and Counterpoint: Documenting Santal Musical Traditions’ at the National Museum in New Delhi. It was curated and edited by Marie-Eve Celio-Scheurer, Ruchira Ghose and Johannes Beltz.
