Philippe Karrer Studio edited and designed this book for the artist Julie Curtiss. 

‘The Dinner Party’ is an investigation into the mysterious narratives of Julie Curtiss’s paintings. The authors were invited to join the ‘party’ and react to a painting, or write a text that the artist reinterpreted in the form of a new painting. The result reflects on some of Julie’s favorite themes: food, nature, the human body and how to transform the quotidian into the unexpected.
