Workshop Type design

The students were asked to bring different objects to create new writing tools. By failing to write with “things” such as a drone, boxing gloves, tomatoes and clay, they challenged conventional writing gestures. The results – including drone performances, archaeological scenes, mouldy prints – were documented in a risograph printed book. Unexpected results made this workshop a fun and productive week.
